This may seem like it is WAY off track for an auction-related board but this portion of the new board is literally for just about anything to be asked, stated, etc (within reason as usual). And so...
How in the world did North Korea get the things they needed in order to build their nukes in the first place? I realize that the obvious answer is China but I honestly thought that they were too smart. China, Russia, and the US all realize how dangerous such weapons can be and I am nearly convinced that none of the "Big 3" would dare use them. But the nutcase who is running NK is known for doing irrational things. And he is also known for selling to the highest bidder regardless of who that bidder might be, what they are buying, or what they might do with it.
And thus my question, how did they do it? I really look forward to some interesting replies to this way off the usual topic sort of a post.
Thanks in advance,
Jim Wilson
