what is the next thing you offer to the winner?
Do you regularly follow-up with special offers to a list of bidders
and/or winners?
Do you let them know about new and re-listed items?
Do you Thank them with a follow-up postcard...
offering a Free Gift or a Discount on a special product or service?
How do You turn a one-time buyer into a repeat customer?
Do you invite them to join you at AuctionHints to learn more
about successfully buying and selling on eBay? :)
Do you pack in a flyer/Order blank for related products or services?
Do you offer to Buy or Trade for their unwanted items?
Exactly how are you maximizing every sale?
