I will answer them in order...

1. Are you allowed to sell non-tangible products on eBay. Like a downloadable information products.
Absolutely! As a matter of fact this is what I market quite a bit of.

2. Can your username be a domain name? For example: mywebsite.com
Yes, it can so long as the name is not adult oriented or in any other way something that would not be "G" rated.

3. And... what is the quickest way to get your feedback up to 50 so you can set up a dutch auction?
Buy small items and pay on time AND sell small items, even if at a slight loss, in order to get feedback.

Making money on Ebay, like anything else worthwhile, takes time, effort, and work. But based on your questions you are on the right track.
