In Response To: Anything out there like "Deep Analysis" (Mel. White)
I have purchased and used Whiz Analysis and have the following comments:
1. Customer Support is shocking, non existant, unprofessional
2. The program itself is highly unstable - frequent system crashes and eventually hard drive destruction - after running a limited search ie 100 items or less - I experienced a hard drive failure (I use a Toshiba Laptop, 250mb RAM, 2ghz Pentium Processor, 30 gb hard drive) - had to buy a new hard drive/replacement
4. Each serial number is unique to the program downloaded to your computer - you can't reinstall the program and use the same serial number - you have to request Customer (Un)Support to give you a new serial number and the fact they are out to lunch in Israel (not a USA company) means you'll be lucky to ever hear from them.
4. Advice: on the rare occasion that the program works it is powerful and very useful - saying that, I've only managed to successfully use it on a limited basis and now its not available at all...BENEFIT FROM THE WISDOM OF MY ADVICE!
5. Who is this James character anyway that advocates the "benefits" of WA anyway?
