Hi,
You may want to give AuctionIntelligence a try. As the creator, I'm obviously biased, but it's one of the most comprehensive analysis tools out there. Downloads over 30 pieces of information for every auction that meets your search criteria, and then exposes that in over a dozen reports which you can view in AuctionIntelligence itself or export to Excel for your own analysis.
And the support is great too (if I may say so myself). 95% of emails answered within 12 hours I'd bet (even on the weekends!) and great support in our forum as well - in fact, you can get a sense of response times by checking it out - keep in mind that the forum's a bit slower since it's a medium that needs to be polled instead of email which ends up in the Inbox...still, I'd bet there's a max 18-hour turnaround there as well.)
...and there's a 2-week free trial if you want to check it out.
