I used to use Deep Analysis until they began having major issues with the software late last year. They may since have addressed these issues but overall the program seemed to lose most of its effectiveness for my research purposes.

I have since found Auction Intelligence and have found it to be an incredibly indepth auction research tool. The low monthly cost includes updates and support and unlike Deep Analysis I have yet to experience any "down" time with Auction Intelligence.

I recommend AI to all of my clients as a powerful eBay research tool. Others that have been helpful to me include Andale's "What's Hot" and Chris Malta's Market Research Wizard.
