Another way to be able to run dutch auctions without having the 50 positive feedbacks is to be eBay Verified. This is what I did. There is a $5.00 charge, but to me it was worth it. On the bottom of the eBay homepage click on SafeHarbor (Rules & Safety), then about half-way down the SafeHarbor page, on the right side click on ID Verify. Currently, verification is only available to residents of the United States and U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and Guam).
