Ebay Question

On the AuctionTrainer site they talk about this piece of software that collects the email addresses of failed bidders so that you can build up your own email list. Can't remember the name of it, but anyhow - can I purchase this software (or similar) from anywhere other than AuctionTrainer?

Any help will be appreciated, thanks.
