Hey Barbara,

At the time of my original post some three years ago this was an awesome piece of software with even better customer support. I cannot speak for their current business activities but it sure sounds like you need to keep emailing them. The squeeky wheel as the saying goes.

If you purchased it recently, within the last month or so, there might also be the option of obtaining a refund.
