Does eBay allow international users?

Hi there,

First of all - congratulations on starting your own forum, Jim!

Now my question. I live in Bulgaria and don't have a credit card due to the big fees I'd have to pay for it (this stuff is really expensive here in Bulgaria).

However I'd like to know if there's a way for me to sell over eBay with these circumstances in mind?
