I've heard from more people than I can count that have attribute all or some of their success to my newsletter, books, advice mentoring and/or training. It's really quite an honor!

One of the negative aspects of success though is that every decision I make, every product I recommend, and every word I type or that is written about me is scrutinized, analyzed and evaluated...but I'm not complaining! I still love success and I'm proud of my reputation!

I've been part of countless ebooks, training events, interviews, newsletters, product reviews, publications etc...

With over 200,000 mentions of my name on the Internet this single forum thread is the ONLY page on the web to my knowledge that has what starts to approach a negative tone. I'm proud of my reputation and more importantly the results that my readers, newsletter subscribers, and student get.

We've all felt burned at some point, but you won't find ONE customer of mine (out of the tens of thousands I've had) that feels burned by me or any company I advertise, recommend, or partner with. There's a good reason for that.

Here's how I protect my customers and my reputation at the same time:

Since I know not every customer (remember were talking tens of thousands) will buy my products for the right reasons or be happy after they buy I aggressively protect them! I have always been and continue to be committed to offering 100% easy refunds on any product I recommend, sell or tell my over 100,000 newsletter readers about.

If you feel the price point is too high on any product (mine or anyone else’s) please DON'T buy it. BUT if you DO buy it and then you don't feel you've gotten more than the value you were expecting please ask for a refund. I will personally make sure a full refund happens. If it doesn't BLAST ME ON AS MANY FORUMS AS YOU CAN FIND! I'll deserve it!

Refunds are issued quickly and without hassle when you buy anything from me or anyone I sponsor. That's been my philosophy for about three years now. It will also always be my business philosophy. I encourage you to do the same - it has served me well!

As a further precaution when shopping on the Internet...

I also encourage you to always use a credit card when buying items (mine or anyone else’s) on the Internet. If a product, service or training doesn't deliver up to your expectations and you have any difficulty with a refund you can simply report the incident to your credit card company and they will refund your money and pursue the company in question. Keep in mind that the company that billed you will be penalized significantly for "charge backs" so make every effort to resolve the issue with them directly first before contacting your credit card company. The very threat of a chargeback is often enough to get quick resolution with any company you do business with.

If you don't get the refund you were expecting and the company shuts you out THEN you can also start blasting them on forums like this and the hundreds of others out there. Don't spend too much time on this though because you'll never benefit from the time you lost while trashing someone's reputation. Move on quickly with your refund in hand. :0)

You can scour the Internet and you won't find ONE example (out of tens of thousands of customers) where a customer of MINE has been denied a refund on any product I've sold or recommended. That ought to tell you something.

If a company I partner with DOES decide to deny a refund (it has happened) I PERSONALLY issue a refund out of my OWN pocket and then I FIRE the partner company and never do business with them again. The customer parts ways happy...

I'll always answer any email sent to me as well - just be patient - I get A LOT OF EMAIL! I use my real name on everything I associate with and am glad to answer questions as I have time to do it!
