Yes, you can. At the top of your auction there's a little section entitled "Seller Services." There's an option called "Revise Item." Just click that and you're on your way. I think you can only edit the actual description part of your auction if you don't have any bids yet. Otherwise, you can add to your auction description (which will appear at the bottom) if you have any additional comments.
