In Response To: Per U.S. News and World Report (Jim Wilson)
You know, this is what's sad... People are so used to hearing about the fraudulent activities that they start to automatically assume that everyone is going to try to rip them off.
I get emails often (unfortunately) from people who claim I'm trying to rip them off because .. for instance ... they pay for something from me and then put the wrong email address in and don't get the download instructions. Or, they send me an email and I don't reply within 5 minutes. Or, they just don't have a clue what they are doing or what they just paid for because they didn't read it (HELLO!? Do we push the button that says PAY and give our payment information if we don't want to PAY?!).
In any case, once I respond POLITELY (even when they don't deserve it) they usually write me with an apology.
Fact is though, it's just plain sad that people expect you to rip them off...
