Arrgh! Ebay and Paypal

First auction went just fine -- but when I sent the bill, it sent a bill to the buyer with a Paypal account (since I said Paypal would be fine) -- but it was in the name of my newly created auction name rather than in my already established PayPal name.

And I cannot find out how to tell EBay to change the dumb Paypal option to another account.

Do I simply do it by sending my own "auction finished and you won, thanks!" notice OR is there someplace I can put a designated Paypal account? Swear to goodness I've looked around but didn't see it.
