I used to bookmark it but lost due to a computer crash.

There was an auction service that keeps track of ALL auctions on ebay - such as the ratio of bids to no bids, what's selling, and how much. I believe it has a price of $200 but can't remember if it's a monthly fee or an annual fee.

Please throw in some suggested websites!
