There are a few valuable lessons here,
Seek all possible angles before you go steaming in guns blazing (well keypad does not have the same ring to it),
In-fact sleep on it, then imagine that it didn’t happen to you, but a friend of yours then consider how you would advise them, get rid of the personal attachment, then go about your dealings level headed, these guys who made the negative posts realise their mistake; which is a start, but the damage as already been done now, and it’s the innocent that got caught in the flak i.e Jim

Although I am no auction Guru by any means, but surely they must be able to change that feed back? If not then; they need to have a good look at site policy
