What headlines are best?
Posted By: Leon Klepfish Date: Friday, 19 April 2002, at 5:57 p.m.
Right now I am trying to sell a new digital product on eBay. What it does is it encrypts your HTML so that it cannot be stolen or copied.
My biggest problem right now is hits. I have only managed to get 30 hits to one of my auctions. And no bids with that.
So I am wondering what kind of headlines do good on eBay. The one that has the best for me so far is "HTML-Crypto – The Hacker’s worst nightmare." (a surprise for me) and this can get about ten hits a day.
Also, right now I am posting these auctions in the Computers>Software>Internet Related category.
I am not sure that this is the best location for targeted visitors. I have also tried posting in the .Com section, but with bad results. What section would be most targeted toward webmasters?
Thanks,
Leon Klepfish
