Terms of Use and Advertising

AuctionHints provides free information solely for the purpose of education and in addition provides advertising services to many clients. The following guidelines were designed to ensure that our obligations to our clients are met. It is understood that AuctionHints cannot guarantee that any ad will lead to specific results and in addition AuctionHints cannot guarantee the success/outcome of those who put information gained through our downloads to use.

Content:
All services provided by AuctionHints may be used for lawful purposes only. Transmission, storage or presentation of any information, data or material in violation of any United States Federal, State or City law is prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: copyrighted material, material we judge to be threatening or obscene or material protected by trade secret and other statute. The subscriber agrees to indemnify and hold harmless AuctionHints from any claims resulting from the use of the service which damages the subscriber or any other party.

All pornographic content and sex-related merchandising is prohibited on all ULSO Hosting servers and thus no such related ads may be placed on AuctionHints. This includes sites that may infer sexual content or links to adult content elsewhere. AuctionHints will be the sole arbiter in determining violations of this provision.

Also prohibited are sites that promote any illegal activity or present content that may be damaging to ULSO Hosting servers and/or AuctionHints, or any other server on the internet. Links to such materials are also prohibited.

Examples of unacceptable content or links:

       Pirated software
       Hacker programs or archives
       Warez sites

AuctionHints will be the sole arbiter as to what constitutes a violation of this provision.

IRC
We currently do not allow IRC or IRC bots to be operated on our servers.

Rates:
Ad rates are subject to change without notice. AuctionHints will honor the ads of those customers who have contracted for ad services and have paid for said services prior to any price increases. In the event prices decrease or there is a special ad rate, AuctionHints will honor these new rates even for customers who have already paid for ad services that have not yet been rendered.

Payment:
Payment is due at the time an ad is ordered unless other arrangements have been made. In the event a check is submitted for payment, and that check is returned non-payable, an additional $25 fee will be assessed upon the customer's invoice and the ad will not run until such time as full payment has been made.

Cancellation of Service:
Customers who have signed up and paid for an ad may cancel with no less than (2) weeks notice. Refunds for unused ad expenses will be issued based on the full cost of the ad campaign, the amount of the ad campaign paid for which was used, and the amount of time given in notice of intent to cancel the ad campaign. 

Refusal of Service:
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or suspend service at our sole discretion.

Subscription of the AuctionHints ezine:
AuctionHints Ezine is an Opt-in bi-weekly publication. The owners of AuctionHints will not divulge their mailing list under any circumstances and all information collected will remain confidential. AuctionHints, may on occasion, mail additional information to it's mailing list as it deems necessary, for example an update of the Ebook. Any subscriber who desires to remove their email address from the mailing list may simply send an email with the SUBJECT HEADING: REMOVE to mailing_list@auctionhints.com and they will be removed immediately. Bi-weekly winners will be notified by email in the ezine prize drawing.

Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate account deactivation.
